I honestly regret spending my money here. There was no proper nail preparation, the previous base coat wasn’t even removed, and the work felt rushed from start to finish. A professional manicure should always start with clean, properly prepped nails. Instead, the old product was left underneath, leaving my nails looking uneven and unfinished. I expected professional service but left very disappointed. I would not recommend this salon.

I went to this salon to have my gel nail polish removed, and the experience has left my nails in terrible condition. The technician used heated acetone to remove the polish, which immediately felt unusual. It has now been two weeks, and my nails are still painful, extremely brittle, peeling in layers, and some areas appear to be separating. I’ve never had this happen after a gel removal before. One of the worst nail experiences I’ve had sadly. I man that did my nails was so aggressive with my hands. Yanking and pulling them and then barely talked to me and answered the three phones he had and would walk away without saying anything in the middle of me getting my nails done. He painted over a hair on my nails so they have a hair in them and sent me away with a hole in one of my nails which I saw and had to go back inside for him to fix.
