Ema & Evan did amazing!! Super kind, thorough, and did an overall amazing job! Will be back!!
Evan ruined my girlfriend's experience by not being sincere when he hurt her cuticles while doing her nails. He also was not using his words and made it seem like he wasn't approachable. It made everything seem awkward and made my girlfriend not feel the happiest when leaving. She always comes here because of the customer service and the great job you guys normally do. But this experience might deter her to maybe go somewhere else.
