I hate to leave negative reviews, but my recent mani-pedi at Nail Boutique was deeply disappointing and not worth the three-hours it took, even with an appointment. The salon felt chaotic and disorganized, with my technician repeatedly walking away mid-service, leaving me unsure where she went or why. The quality was unacceptable—I left with three bleeding cuts around my cuticles and fingers, which burned intensely and weren’t addressed until I specifically requested alcohol. Honestly the best pedicure I’ve ever received! Nan is wonderful! Took time and was super thorough. I would call his work perfection. Make it a point to go here! Staff is so friendly.
