I booked an appointment left work early only to show up and have their reception try to convince me that I didn’t have an appointment even after I received confirmation Lisa was extremely rude and was yelling across the room I am done for the day terrible customer service
I usually come here and haven’t had a bad experience until I came in on Sunday, started with a pedicure and the women cut my cuticles when legally they’re not supposed to be cutting cuticles and proceeded to causes bleeding, I then got my nails done and the women that did my nails kept cutting my cuticles as well and took off a whole piece of my skin. I highly recommend Nail Boutique & Spa! Every time I come in, Tina takes amazing care of me. She is always professional, friendly, and makes sure my pedicure is done with great attention to detail. Today I treated myself to the Luxury Organic Rejuvenate Pedicure, and it was absolutely worth it. I have been coming here for years. Today was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had.
Went there Saturday for a pedicure, paid 61 dollars for the gel top coat to turn YELLOW after 3 days… This is the second time this has happened, will NOT be going back as this is just a waste of my money.. I have gotten my toes done plenty of times and this is the ONLY place that’s gel top coat turns yellow. (No I don’t use tanning products as that was what I was told when I called)
