recently i shared my experience and how it wasn’t well & the owner reached out to me and asked me to give them a chance to fix what i didn’t like about my set. jimmy was so nice and took the time to redo my whole set. now they are perfect and i am super happy!
Jimmy and Nancy were amazing! This was my first time visiting this nail shop and the service was absolutely incredible. They listened to what I wanted and also Were very detailed when it came to my designs! I did dice, cards, cherries, and the eight ball pool And they look absolutely incredible! Cleanliness of the nail salon is up to par And the all over experience is definitely worth what you pay! Plus, the customer service is excellent.
The nail tech never ask me what I wanted. While I’m getting pedicure he started doing my nails. Getting your nails done while getting a pedicure distracting and not at all the relaxing experience I was looking for. He gave me nails I didn’t ask for. I didn’t have time to start over. Was on my way to an event. So I kept them. He did offer to take them off. The lady doing the pedicure seemed to be a little upset because I chose the basic pedicure. Worse pedi I ever had.
