I’ve been going monthly for 4 years! Very warm and welcoming staff! Atmosphere is always fun and relaxing. Gorgeous nails! 💅🏼 Any kind of nail art you want… Just ask or show a picture! They are too busy to do walk ins… so must make appointments! Valerie does mine, but both Tina & Kelly are fantastic, as well! Boutique/ coffee shop attached is a great “add on” to your experience! They’ll make your order and bring it right to you! ❤️❤️❤️ these Gals!
Poor phone etiquette on the part of the employee who answered the call. I simply asked if they had availability for a manicure and was answered with an abrupt "No" No follow up question such as to offer a different time slot or didn't even ask when or what time I was looking for service. I guess business must be so good for this nail shop to not want new customers
I've been here 3x, they ask if they can help me and after I tell them what I need, then they proceed to tell me they are fully booked. When they clearly should state that from the beginning. Seems like if you're not white they don't want you as a customer.
