The place was clean, the pedicure was good but the manicure was rough on my cuticles, she didn't use the correct tools, she just pushed the cuticles with a nail file and made some of them bleed. It felt as if she was in a hurry and didn't care to do a good job.
My first time here I got a regular gel manicure with Jackie. I liked the service so much that I decided to come back a second time. I called to make an appointment with Jackie. I was told I could come in at 11 AM. The lady on the phone asked me what I was getting done and I told her gel manicure she told me that gel manicure can be done by anybody it doesn’t have to be Jackie she asked me if I wanted to just go to somebody else.
