Would rate 0 stars if possible. The service was terrible from booking and during the appointment. It’s odd you book it online, then they call you and ask you to venmo 20$ for a deposit. I made an appointment for 3 people and they told me to only put down 20$ but I clarified with them it was for 3 and so they made me venmo 60$. I also confirmed it was for 1 mani, 1 pedi, and 1 mani/pedi. We get to the salon and they apparently didnt have our appointments saved. We started 10 min past the hour. Today was my first time going to Nail Boss and it was a great experience. I had a mani/pedi done by Lee and Kayla. They were both so nice. The salon is cute, clean, and spacious and my appointment didn’t feel rushed at all! I will be coming back :)
