This was my first and last visit to Nail Biters. The lady was rough and unfriendly. She skipped steps and my cause discomfort multiple times. Most of my nails are nice . 2 are on a defined slant to one side. M friend loves this location but said that she will not see the lady who looked after me. Apparently they get her to do new clients. Good way to have that client never come back.
Super disappointed. I wanted a basic French tip and it looks uneven and way too thick. The lines are messy and when I said something, she laughed. She made the shape odd too i asked for a square and one side is round ones straight. Asked multiple times to fix it and it still doesn't look right! They do not know how to do their job. Definitely not going back.

Today was my first time at Nail Bitters and it was absolutely incredible. All of the staff are very attentive and friendly. My nails are absolutely amazing. They really took the time make sure my nails were perfect. This will be my new nail salon! I cannot wait to go back.
