I am so disappointed.. I have come here for pedicures and the ladies are amazing! Hands down best pedicure! But today I went in to get my nails done.. I got an older tall gentleman! I told him multiple times that my finger was hurting and burning, and I don’t know if he just did not care he just kept going about my nails. Loved coming here. But ONE person can really ruin a whole business experience. There’s one little old lady here who ruined it all for me. I told her I did not want gel just the regular polish, and she snatched the toe separators off my toes and threw the stuff for gel polish and when she came back to continue my nails she smacked my legs and did the massage very rudely and aggressively. I will never come back to this place again. Loved the other people there sadly.
The salon is very clean, and the people are very friendly. The prices are comparable to other salons. Make sure you know what you are paying for. I wish salons had itemized bills. I couldn't tell if the metal tools were sanitized because it was unwrapped in a drawer, and the nail files are reused. The mani/pedi service is otherwise very good!
