I was in the area of Mountain View and in need of getting my nails done. I found Nail Bar on google and noticed they open as early as 9am, which was a little surprising for me because normally nail salons open around 10am. I got there 2 minutes before 9am and Helena and the team took me in immediately. They even offered me coffee, which was so delicious. Helena and the team listened to my needs and delivered. I highly recommend this nail salon in Mountain View.

They did a good job on my gel pedicure and manicure. They also high pressured me to use cash to pay for my services, going so far as to tell me to use their atm. I don't use cash to pay for things and did not appreciate the high pressure to do so. So if you want a nice nail job and are fine paying cash, go here, but it really made me too uncomfortable to want to return when I had to continuously explain I wanted to use a credit card which they absolutely accepted the first time I visited. My nails came out pretty good except it was kinda sharp on the underside for one finger, which was also slightly misshapen. She probably went fast on that nail.

This Nail Bar is absolutely 10/10. The women there really want to understand your need. The always try their best to accommodate walk ins. They are always booked in advance. All the woman plus Shawn(the one male tech) are very professional. They always offer coffee/water/tea. I refuse to shout out all names because each one of them are pleasant to work with. I’ve gone to this place for 8 months now and never have had an issue. Highly recommend.
