I visited this salon on Thursday for a new acrylic set with tips, and this was honestly the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. The technician over-filed my nails to the point that they now feel flat and weak, and she filed them so short that there was essentially no point in even getting extension tips. The shape is completely uneven across multiple nails, and the top surface is not smooth or properly structured. I have been going to Leann at Nail Bar for several years. She is always on time - even when over-booked - and I’m in and out in 45 minutes or less with beautiful nails. This time she had the new Bubble Bunny by OPI and I tried it. Love love love how natural my nails look. I highly recommend Leann.
John was awesome,he listened and did exactly what l wanted 5 colors and design. Smiling the hole time.
