I have never been to a nail salon before, ever, that I have felt so comfortable, cared about, professional, kind, and thorough. They do an amazing job and are very personable. A salon like this is very difficult to find. It is a chill and relaxing vibe which is very inviting. Thanks to Amy, Tina, Kathy, and all the ladies!

Went here one time before with my wife I never do this stuff but it was a bonding experience and first time was fun. The second time we went however the whole energy of this place was different none of the staff was engaging they seemed almosr angry to help us. They double charged us compared to the previous time. On top of that everytime my wife goes they some how knick her cuticle a few times getting infected never a reimbursement even mentioned not even a sorry. Service was HORRIBLE! I don’t even know the ladies name that did my nails because she didn’t want to talk to me.. she was really rough and had an attitude the whole time. I noticed my nails were turning out horrible but tried trusting the process. She also cut my natural nails when I asked her not to.. This place has got to be the most unwelcoming nail salon I've ever been to. I rarely every write negative reviews, but after a few experiences here, I really feel like I need to share my experiences with this spot. I recently moved to San Marcos and was excited to find a nearby nail salon with good reviews.
