I have now had two negative experiences at this nail salon and feel it is important to share my concerns. During my first visit, it took approximately 1.5 hours to remove dip powder, and the process left my natural nails extremely thin and damaged. On my second visit, I came in for a pedicure. I requested that the liner in the pedicure tub be changed. I was told it had been cleaned, but it was visibly not fresh.
