The technicians were friendly, attentive, and truly talented. My nails looked amazing, and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great nail care.
Hi Mirna Madrid, I'm the one who was there when you visited, and another Hispanic was also present. I observed that they were really nice to you and made a genuine effort to do your nails well. I didn't notice them saying or doing anything that would suggest poor treatment. My family and cousins have been to the salon many times, and although they don't speak English fluently, the staff has always treated them with kindness and respect. If you’re Caucasian, you will receive excellent service here, but if you’re Hispanic or speak with an accent, be prepared for a very different experience. I was treated poorly, and when I expressed that I wasn’t happy with something, I was told it was due to my “crooked finger.” While I was there, another woman who spoke limited English(just like the staff) was unhappy with her nails. Im really happy with my experience here very clean place and really nice people ☺️ I been coming to them for about a year for pedicures and full sets they always go above and beyond for their customers always treat everyone with respect they’re hard working people very sweet people My 9 year old loves coming here they treat her so well always a great experience Always getting compliments on my nails
What I wanted is down below with the deep French, they told me they couldn’t do it but acted real fusterated that I even wanted that, they just made me feel like a complicated person. I got a pedi too and I was just disappointed that it was not clean at all.
