Been coming to this salon for a minute now. Have loved it since my first visit. Never had an issue and always loved my service and experienced excellent customer service. Visited there this past Saturday around 5:40pm and asked for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. The woman that greeted me and did my wax was very welcoming and had great customer service as usual. Timed. Rushing through pedicure. Didnt pay attention to detail. Customer service and satisfaction is terrible. I should have listened to to the reviews. Box drinks. Should have gone to southern swing nail.

Nail Bar is my absolute favorite nail salon for manicures and pedicures in Waco. I was able to provide a picture of the manicure I wanted and got exactly that. Tina, the owner, has a great energy and is super friendly and professional. She is up on all the trends and has a ton of talent. I highly recommend Nail Bar for the next time a manicure and/or pedicure is needed, and maybe wants a drink as well.
