I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I paid for a full pedicure and somehow left with BOTH of my pinky toes completely unpainted. I didn’t notice until later, and I couldn’t believe such an obvious detail was missed. It made me question how much attention was actually being paid during the service. I expect mistakes can happen, but missing two entire toenails is unacceptable, especially when I paid for a complete service. I expected much better attention to detail and quality.

I’ve been coming to this salon since I was no more than 3 years old. Every place I go just doesn’t do it like they do here. The people are absolutely amazing and their new remodel has put them back on Commerce’s radar! The inside is spotless, modern, and so comfortable! Come see the owner Mary she is the sweetest and Tu does the best manicures along with Tam who does the best pedicure massages!!!

I have present this nail salon often and have received great service. But today was totally different. They do take people when the doors open as the first come first serve, and as we entered the salon. Tech immediately addressed The lady that was beside me what was she having done and that she could sit in the chair and she said to be fair this lady was first speaking of me. only waited 20 minutes as i was a walk-in. got an amazing nail technician!!! she took her time and did such a great job! best set of nails i’ve had in very long time! can’t wait to come back!
