Lily is the best she takes her time and really cares about the details
I had Lily do my nails and she was absolutely amazing! We had the best conversation and she was so sweet and funny. She did an amazing job on my nails making sure every single detail was beyond perfect especially the shape, she took extra time and care making sure I had an immaculate almond shape and that each one were equal. I’ve had good experiences with this store in previous years, but unfortunately this visit was very disappointing. I had my nails done on Monday afternoon, and by Wednesday they were already in poor condition (see photo). This has never happened to me before, so I was quite surprised and disappointed with the quality this time.
I booked appointments for my daughter, her friend, and myself in advance after being told they couldn’t accommodate us the day I called due to limited staff. I appreciated the transparency at the time and was happy to schedule for the following day. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there were already several clients waiting and it was clear the salon was running significantly behind.
