My first time. I normally go to El Cerrito. I called based on the reviews on yelp. I made an appointment came 15 minutes later. I was the only customer there. I loved it. No noise, not a bunch of loud talking people on phones and all of that nonsense. It was just me and Mr. Charlie ( Owner). I asked for a mani/pedi. I'm glad I walked into this nail salon. I was iffy to walk in because I always have bad experience at nail salons.. (rude customer service, they talk about you and other people when you are getting your nails done). But, this place was different so, I walked in and a lady name Cydni said hi and asked what did I need done. They cut me, the base of my nail looked nothing like the inspo she was blowing he nose and not washing her hands after my nails look terrible they make me wanna cry and on top of that she had no mask on and was sneaking 😠😤🤬

My Mani Pedi was sloppy. She left some toenails long, some short and cut back the cuticles a lot, which just makes them grow back more aggressively. Disappointed but I know not to go back.

I loved that the salon was clean, serene, and nice. I just wanted a gel manicure. Everything went well with the manicure except one thing. The lady that provided the service left my nails all different lengths. I thought there would be at least some effort to make sure my nails were the same length and the same shape. This is what makes the manicure look neat.
