We accept walking-ins customers everyday. However, if you're the type who'd prefer appointments instead, then we require a 50% credit card charge prepayment to keep your appointments firm with us. Because if you make appointments and don't show, we'd lose moneys. Ergo, we need to charge you 50% to avoid your being flakey or doing a no call/no show or late-last-minute cancellations. Thank you!

I came here on July 20th a little before closing and i got the long white bulky nails done here and i left in my car crying unable to speak up because I felt bad for something you guys did .The fact that you let a paying client walk out with these hideous nails is insane for you as someone who told me has been doing nails for 19 yrs I expected a lot better than this. I adore the nails done by Tiffany! She did a beautiful job.
Very bad customer service!!! On their website they claim they take walk-in’s and I also called . When I got there they refused to take me and claim they were full. The solan was fully empty was just 1 person and the other fellow worker was relaxing somebody could’ve took me but they didn’t. I never came at them rude also after they never took me i actually called to try to make an “ appointment”and they said there were available. Very terrible customer service would not spend my money here .
What a great experience! I walked in an hour before close, waited less than 20 minutes and was helped. Staff is super friendly, helpful, funny, and patient. Environment is peaceful, prices are very affordable, and service was lovely. Can’t say enough great things! Thanks Allen.
