I had a wonderful experience with Lina Best pedicure and manicure. I hope she stays I will definitely request her the next time
Love that this place is open on Sundays and the pedicures are great! However, we won't be returning. We had an appointment scheduled for 11:15 a.m. We arrived a few minutes early and instead of being seated, two other women were put before us. We ended up not starting until 11:45 a.m. and the chair was broken. I would rather they had been honest about their availability instead of having us wait and putting other people before us.
(If I could give 10 stars, I would!) From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with happiness and professionalism. The spa is super clean, bright, and welcoming. Everyone here is down-to-earth and very accommodating. I had the pleasure of having MaryAnn do my nails, and she exceeded my expectations. I do not recommend this place. They take customers even when they’re busy and they get you and in out fast. They do not take their time on your nails. I’ve never had my cuticles done and I got charged for shape? She tried charging me for long when I got them cut shorter and did charge me for shape. I went in with almond shape and left with almond so I’m not sure how that makes any sense. Needless to say I will definitely not be going back.
Mary Ann did my pedicure and nails. They have never looked better. Great atmosphere, relaxing and excellent service. I highly recommend.
