I’ve been to this nail salon many times. The workers are so nice and do a good job. However, multiple times I have shown them a picture of a nail design/art and they tell me they can do it but they really can’t. I have no problem picking an alternative design they CAN do but each time they say they can do it and then I leave with an absolute massacre of a design. I've been here many times. Usually costs $50 for gel refill manicure, $45 gel pedicure. They usually do a good job. This past weekend I went for the same exact thing and first it cost $118 for some reason and they are uneven, the two hands don't match. I will never go back again.

Kate was very welcoming and gave me pricing when I asked about full set and tips. She did my eyebrows and a gel mani. Very reasonable pricing, very nice location and easy to get to. The inside is SOO pretty and homey feel. I will be back with my entire family . My color was a milky white by OPI GEL.

I made an appointment. Get there on time. They put me on a pedicure station and left without explaining. In 10 min I tealized nobody’s coming and get to reception. Where I’ve been told they don’t have stuff for me and I have to wait. What was that?
