Had my toes and hands done and she (Joann)did a really shitty job on my hands, my nails had hair from the brush and streaks where the nail polish didn't even cover, she needed to put another coat of polish but she didn't.I had to go to another place and pay to have them fixed

I have been going to this nail salon for about 2-3 years now and for the first time they did HORRIBLE with my nails….I asked for a nail design and this is what I got… they cut it my natural long nails that I took care of only for them to cut it all. Then after they cut it ,they were going to give me fake nails which I did not ask for. After I told the guy that I didn’t want fake nails he threw the nail in a very harsh way and made me go quiet the rest of the time due to the service. Never ever coming back here ever again
