The staff is amazing and welcoming. Everyone works together and does a great job. Service is fast and efficient. The place is so clean!
Don't live in the area but needed my nails done. Thought I would get gel x which I usually get. The put one nail on it burned which understandable. They it started hurting worse after the 3rd one I said you need to stop. He thought it would give it a second try it hurt worse it was like a laser burning a hole in my finger. So I told him to stop I just want a manicure because it hurt too much. So he started with the nail clippers which he took a couple of snips and I said can you please soak them off. I’ve gone to Rosie for almost 5 years now. She is literally the best to do it. Sooooo talented. Also shoutout to Tony who is also the best!!!
The people working there very rude, they are not working under clinical and Ethics guidelines, every instrument very dirty and if you don’t ask they use the used one without pay attention to contamination of disease. Also if you disagree with their action rudely talking in their language together. They request for tip and extra money for what is their job. I don’t recommend this people at all. If you want stay healthy don’t go there.
I tried this place for the first time on 9/27. I got gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I felt like just another customer to them. Not very talkative or appreciated for my business. The man doing my nails said I had a lot of cuticles to cut. He ended up cutting my cuticle on my thumb and it was painful for about 4 days. Now my skin around my nails have started to grow back and are very rough. I have never had someone cut them so much and I get my nails done every month.
