Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. I've been going here since they only had a few people doing nails. The last time I got to nail fungus that took years to get away. I decided to give them another try so I called first they told me to come in. I came in and then set for an hour and a half. Got rude service. And none of them acted like they could help me with what I wanted which was just cat eye.

Expect to wait a LONG time even if you call ahead. I called to try and make an appointment and she told me “we don’t make appointments for that”. I asked what the wait time was and she repeated “come now you wait less”. I just wanted simple manicure, no color even just cuticle clean up work. Would take them maybe 20 minutes. I told her BEFORE I left how far I lived and when I got there every chair was full and many people waiting. Just wasted my gas AND time. Even if you make an appointment you wait over an hour.
