Good service!!! Nice and very friendly staff. They have free drink. Been a regular customer for 5 year.good place to relax for regular day in the week.! Good experience and very gentle on my feet. They always update a new technique and hug me up all the time. Sometimes I just don't know what kind of nail I should to get and they recommend me a good one and make my nail more stronger. I will come back !!

I decided to give this place another shot and was very disappointed. The first time I went here, Chris did my nails and I got my toes done too and everything was fantastic. The second time, the customer service was miserable and no one could figure out how to function with Chris being gone. I came back today, and Chris was out of the country. I really wouldn't recommend this place. I've had my nails done plenty of times and this salon sucks. The front desk customer service was good but the nail tech I had left me with crooked and lopsided nails. When I asked her to fix it she looked at me like I had 3 eyes. She rushed through the entire thing with her headphones on and answered calls in the middle of the session. Not only unprofessional but just rude.

Have been here twice for a pedicure. First trip was nice - well treated and nice result. Which convinced me to come back again for a second pedicure today. I wanted a simple pedicure. Water my feet soaked in was cold. While trimming cuticles on my toes, tech nipped a bit too far into my skin and drew blood. Not unusual for pedicures but unusual in that I got no apology. Pedicures are average. Too busy bc.its overrated. Decor is nicer than most salons. Owner/management doesn't treat employees well. Supporting this nail salon is like supporting a sweat shop.

AMAZING customer service! Service at a level you don't see very often - they need to write a book - this place is awesome! : ) And the nails were very pretty, french manicure. The lady that worked on us offered a silver line on the manicure to match the dress but we decided to just get a plain frence manicure. But, they were soo great! : ) So accomodating!! : ) Would definitely recommend! : ) This place stays pretty busy so, you'll probably be glad if you make a reservation.

I haven't been to many nail salons but I know that this is my favorite one! I will recommend this place to all my girlfriends! It is very busy, but I think the service is worth it! It's busy for a reason! They also have a type of nail "polish" that stays on for about two weeks! Awesome!
