Excellent service. Bryant was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. He clearly explained the issues, provided repair options, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before he left. I appreciated his professionalism and willingness to explain things without rushing. I’ll definitely continue using Naiad and would recommend them to others.

We I have always had excellent services from Naiad And today was no exception. Bryant Taylor did our servicing and he was courteous, informative, and very helpful. He quickly fixed the issue we phoned about and also addressed another. He took the time to explain how to use the system that we inherited when we moved into a new house. Excellent service!

Excellent Service Friendly Knowledge I especially like that they send you text reminders as well as a text when the technician is on their way with a picture of the technician. That extra step to ensure you feel safe is highly appreciated. Highly recommend

We’ve been with Naiad Irrigation for over four years, and their service continues to impress. Recently our Sprinkler controller had an issue, and Gabriel Mendes arrived promptly, diagnosed it professionally, coordinated the warranty with the office, and fixed everything on the spot. His care, courtesy, and helpful maintenance tips showed how much they value their customers. Naiad Irrigation is truly trustworthy and highly recommended.

We have been using Naiad for a number of years now, and have always received great service. Today our service was performed by Caidan MacCarthy, and he was great. We got a call prior to letting us know he was on his way, he was on time, quick, and super professional. Would highly recommend!
