We I have always had excellent services from Naiad And today was no exception. Bryant Taylor did our servicing and he was courteous, informative, and very helpful. He quickly fixed the issue we phoned about and also addressed another. He took the time to explain how to use the system that we inherited when we moved into a new house. Excellent service!
Michael phoned ahead to let me know exactly when he would arrive. He thoroughly checked the system, made repair recommendations and installed a new controller. Fantastic experience. We have an older system and I had requested a quote to repair and upgrade. Scott arrived early and presented an easy to understand and comprehensive evaluation. Scott immediately set to work on our agreed upon scope of work. He and his colleague Jordan worked into the evening hours and Scott was back first thing this morning to complete the job. We had our spring start up of our irrigation system performed today by Naiad employee Josaphat Vazquez. After checking out our system Josaphat suggested that he would be able to get two zones of our system that had not been working for two years, functioning again. I was amazed that he was able to complete repairs and have the whole system working properly within a couple of hours. I was impressed by Josaphats knowledge and competency of his job.
