I had the very best experience with updating my Irrigation system. I had Finn come out and make lots of changes to my original system. He was exceptional in both his ability, knowledge, and then he spent time with me explaining the new system. We added a few more things as we went along, and Finn happily stayed longer in fact overtime to complete the changes and he didn’t leave until he had checked all systems were working. I was very happy with the service that he provided for me today.
Excellent service. Bryant was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. He clearly explained the issues, provided repair options, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before he left. I appreciated his professionalism and willingness to explain things without rushing. I’ll definitely continue using Naiad and would recommend them to others.
We I have always had excellent services from Naiad And today was no exception. Bryant Taylor did our servicing and he was courteous, informative, and very helpful. He quickly fixed the issue we phoned about and also addressed another. He took the time to explain how to use the system that we inherited when we moved into a new house. Excellent service!
Very happy with the quality of service received from the Naiad team all the way from quoting to installation. Tom was great to deal with during quoting and Matthew and the crew that did the install did a great job and were very professional to deal with. I strongly recommend!
We have used Naiad Irrigation for a number of years now and I cannot say enough good things about this company and its staff and technicians. If you are looking for an irrigation company, look no further than Naiad. We just had our spring start up completed by Robert and he was fantastic! He was on time, very friendly and kept me informed of any tweaks he made to insure that our sprinklers were watering efficiently. Thanks Robert M!!
