This is the only company I trust for my irrigation services. They are communicative, reliable and thorough. I love the monthly payment plan so it’s easier to work it into my monthly budget. Not that it’s all that expensive to begin with but I still like the option. I highly recommend their services. You won’t be dissatisfied.
Paul was fast and efficient. I am sick so wasn’t prepared and answered the door in pajamas with unbrushed hair looking slightly demonic, but he was kind and quick. I appreciate Naiad and their great service.

I was tired of dealing with constant leaks that other companies couldn’t properly diagnose, so I reached out to Naiad after seeing all the great reviews—and they didn’t disappoint. Even when things don’t go perfectly, they actually try to make it right, which I really appreciate. If your system is a bit more complex, I’d suggest asking for a senior tech. As always Naiad has provided exceptional service. Our appointment was originally booked for June 2, but they were able to get us in on May 27. Jordan, the tech that came to do our repair, was awesome. He made the perfect recommendation for long term benefits. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
