Naiad is a very capable and reliable service co. I have used them for years. This fall Maksym came to do the blow out. He was very helpful finding some system anomalies and went over and above to assist me. He's a great tech (nice guy too :) and an asset to Naiad!
I've been using their services for nine years and they've been able to arrange a visit every year at a reasonable time. I'm very satisfied. Of course, I'd be even happier if they could offer more discounts or special offers to repeat customers.
Fernando was a Kind, friendly expert technician who was efficient and got the irrigation winterization done quickly. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend this company. And they got me in last minute as this was the first time I had to deal with the irrigation in my new home. 10/10 recommend!
Very pleased with their service. Cliff Lachapelle is good with his work. We have used Naiad for over a decade now for cleanups and sprinkler blowouts! I would not hesitate to use them again thanks to Jeff Soch, who is prompt with his communication and service. A callout for their office Admin Terri as well!
Josaphat Vazquez from Naiad came to do our blowout. He was very professional and did a great job. He walked me through what he was doing and went the extra mile to make sure the job got down right. Highly recommend Naiad and their team!
