As always Naiad has provided exceptional service. Our appointment was originally booked for June 2, but they were able to get us in on May 27. Jordan, the tech that came to do our repair, was awesome. He made the perfect recommendation for long term benefits. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The installation was good. The communication was great. The products seem high-quality. The only issue I had was the damage that was left to my landscaping. I expected everything to be put back to how I had had it before the installation and that didn’t happen. I had to spend a number of hours straightening out my edging that wasn’t put back the way it was. Also had to clean up a number of rocks and dirt that was left around the area. Our service technician, Cliff, was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. He looked at our system and made some recommendations but did not take a high pressure sales approach. Would highly recommend him and Naiad.
Roger B. came out today to get our irrigation system up and running — it was the first time we’d ever used it since buying the house. The job turned out to be bigger than expected, but Roger handled it like a pro. He was knowledgeable, professional, and got everything working smoothly. We really appreciated his great work and would definitely recommend Naiad!
We have used Naiad for over 25 years and have always received excellent service . Our Technician today was Alex and as expected was top notch . Very thorough and he repaired the defects quickly after explaining what was needed and going over the Hydrawise system we have again for me. Niles trains his technicians very well and they are very respectable when in your home . I would definitely ask for Alex when possible.
