I was tired of dealing with constant leaks that other companies couldn’t properly diagnose, so I reached out to Naiad after seeing all the great reviews—and they didn’t disappoint. Even when things don’t go perfectly, they actually try to make it right, which I really appreciate. If your system is a bit more complex, I’d suggest asking for a senior tech. I stupidly destroyed a sprinkler head while edging my lawn. The company quickly scheduled the repair for the next day when I called. The technician, Paul, was prompt, polite, and professional. He completed the work efficiently and answered all my questions. The company has excellent communication via email and text.
As always Naiad has provided exceptional service. Our appointment was originally booked for June 2, but they were able to get us in on May 27. Jordan, the tech that came to do our repair, was awesome. He made the perfect recommendation for long term benefits. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The installation was good. The communication was great. The products seem high-quality. The only issue I had was the damage that was left to my landscaping. I expected everything to be put back to how I had had it before the installation and that didn’t happen. I had to spend a number of hours straightening out my edging that wasn’t put back the way it was. Also had to clean up a number of rocks and dirt that was left around the area. Our first experience with Naiad Irrigation Systems and we were impressed with their representative Cliff. He fully explained what was wrong with our system and gave us a number of options for revamping the system. Based on his visit we are booked for next spring to have our irrigation system upgraded.
