I have had multiple opportunities to work with Mary Anne/Jason from NAI Wisinski, most recently to sell my commercial building. They have tremendous knowledge of the commercial real estate landscape and their professionalism is top notch. They are effective communicators who guided me through every step of the process with ease. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for commercial real estate needs.
The property management employee took a long time getting back with there customers. The staff there seems like they just don't care about there clients There are other property management companies out there that are better and more reliable then NAi winzinski I wouldn't let them clean up my dogs dog shit. And the icing on the cake they keep losing clients left and right do to poor management, and they have a lot of vacancy on most of there property do to poor real estate and property management All and all one of the worst... read more
