When it gets down to it, their management shows the depth of their character. Thank you Mr. Braunger for your compassion and diligence.
The management team here are scammers and will not give any type of notice or proof of evidence of charging people things such as late fees for rent even if it is paid on time. There is a for sale sign at one of their properties and none of the residents are being notified that they are selling the property. Very horrible company to rent from if renting especially taking advantage of innocent people.
NAI left a giant hole in my ceiling in the bathroom when it flooded for the FOURTH TIME, then charged me for it when I moved out. They also don’t do anything about the people who break into empty apartments and live in them. They apparently also only have one key per unit so they will not help you if you happen to lock yourself out. And the complex on Morningside Ave has only one unit that controls the heat for all of the other apartments in that building so you have no way of controlling or accessing the heat.
