I will give zero if I could, I rented a house from them last year, I was moving from another state so didn’t have a chance to check out house in person. When I entered that house, it was full of rats, cockroaches and spiders. I have to spend nights with my family in a hotel. The worst experience of my life with online business and will never forget it. They did not allow me to break the lease as that reason was not enough. Also, their staff is extremely rude. Will never recommend to anyone.
If I could give 0 stars I would. They force you to pay for an app fee before being shown any houses. I paid the fee and was never shown any houses. They also want you pay the fee again if it is more then 6 months even though they still have it on file. I wonder how much money they have scammed out of people this way? Moving is already expensive enough!
When it gets down to it, their management shows the depth of their character. Thank you Mr. Braunger for your compassion and diligence.
