Fantastic property management team, property is well kept and Sonja is always there to answer questions, help my contractors and goes above and beyond to solve any issues.
I own a couple of businesss at Bridge plaza in Port St. lucie and about a year ago we were assigned a new property manager, Sonya Scaggs. She is absolutely awesome at her job. 9 out of 10 x she answers her phone and If she doesn't she always gets right back to you. If things need to get done, she gets them done. By far the best commercial property manager I ever had a pleasure of working with.
Had a pot hole. Called Sonya. Next day pot hole was filled! Excellent!
