I'm afraid to detail my experiences with them and the property owner
Have had several issues with my condo. No response alot of the time. Fees BY NAI PLOTKIN (due to the fact their staff can’t do their job and then blame the residents or the association) applied left and right. Buyers Beware!
I worked with Jim Reardon, horrible experience, he is as untrustworthy as it can get. This man lied to my face, making promise after promise and failing to keep his word on said promises. Jim also said inappropriate things about a group of young underage woman. This man is a creep and I would never even think about doing business with him or this company. He talked about molesting his daughter. Gross
Very nice office and office personnel.
These people take advantage of the residents. Property management that steals from residents keep it in the hush hush. The residents are told nothing can be fixed because no money! The property manager drives drunk on the community cart.
