BEWARE.... Do not sign any contract with him. Predatory and harassing behavior toward the elderly, trying to get my elderly mother to sign a contract. He keeps telling us he has an offer on our property but never brings a written contract. Suggesting to the other owners of our joint property they need to take the matter to court to push the sale.
