I don't even know where to start. This company's ethics are atrocious. Either every employee is sitting around shooting the breeze and playing on their phone or they all went home early. No work orders ever get completed by these people. God forbid you have a city inspection of your property that farbman is supposed to be maintaining. They won't take care to make sure it passes inspection, and they don't take care to make sure it passes any re-inspections afterwards. Nathan Casey at nai farbman was not only helpful during our transaction but he was extremely helpful during the months that lead up to it. Whenever I have any real estate questions especially commercial real estate I know I can call Nate or text him anytime and he will respond with helpful insight. I'm so thankful to have met him during this whole process. He is definitely an asset to me and to his company, I'm sure. Looking forward to working with him again! Chris

I had a commercial lease that was ending and trusted one of their agents, Rick Ax, with showing the property prior to lease expiration. Well, Rick decided to let the next tenant move into the property during the term that I was still paying rent for without notifying or compensating me. Essentially, I was paying rent for the new tenant. Totally unethical agent.
