Patrick Palmer has proved to be100% useless!! He has not fulfilled his end of the contract my husband signed with him and over half of the information that he has advertised for said property is inaccurate but he has not corrected it even after being made aware of the mistakes in the advertising. He told us, through our attorney, that he would have drone footage and a For Sale sign up and ready in October. He's done neither and its March.
