Nahid Rahimi is absolutely wrong paralegal for tenant and landlord. she lost my case in court with my nightmare tenant without my tenant saying a word, as she didnt serve the right notice. she was completely wrong about the rules, and i was lucky we lost the case as my tenant could sue me for $25000 aferward. at the end she refuse to return my money
