Arrogant and dismissive. Not used to be challenged or told that his approach didn’t work.
This doctor does not listen and over talks you. Asked about that were already determined in my chart. Told me that I should take over the counter medicine that I told him didn't work. Became indignant when I told him the shots didn't work. Dismissive.
Your staff are arrogant, very rude, your nurse is ZERO help & also rude, I'm not asking for treatment or medical advice via phone, but I don't live in your state, & a bit of information would help !!!!
Dr Meckhail, is a great guy however, I don't feel he utilizes all forms of pain control. When you are 75 and have had an SCS, numerous shots, etc to no avail. I think a point pill or two is warranted. No one at 75 or any age should get up in tears everyday. You shouldn't be a captive in your apt because of "NON- SUCCESSFUL" SURGERY. Getting up every morning knowing there is help but you can't get it and wishing, sometimes you just didn't, because of the pain, is very depressing. ..
