My dad suffered with a sore big toe for a year due to another podiatrist's incompetence. The other doctor suggested removing an adjacent toe for what ultimately was diagnosed and treated as an ingrown toenail. Dr. Nagy addressed the issue in 20 minutes. Highly recommend!
Ugh- have needed to make at least 4 phone calls to get a surprise over billing resolved that still isn’t resolved. I have a JD and my time is valuable, to the point where I should inform this practice that my copay will be paid in lieu of my time spent as a busy professional dealing with this headache. Update to this saga- was informed the cost of visit to remove calluses would be 75.00. Compared to other Dr I have visited, it was a great experience. He explained everything and developed a plan. I truly endorse this Dr office, the staff and hope your experience is as good as mine, 5 star plus…plus.
Compared to other Dr I have visited, it was a great experience. He explained everything and developed a plan. I was proved with 2 boots to stretch a tendon in each foot. After taking them home I noticed one was cracked and could not be used. The next day, in the morning, I returned the boot for a replacement. After waiting several minutes, the employee came back and said “they were out of boots” and need to order them. I hope this is the case and not to be disappointed. Posting anonymously because I do not want to be contacted, but I feel obligated to share my experience with Dr. Nagy. I hope that he takes this seriously and changes his practice. Procedures are performed in unsanitary conditions. I had an ingrown toenail removed while my barefoot was on placed on an uncovered surface, where everyone else's barefeet feet touched.
