I was recommended to Nagpal after moving here when I needed to find a new dentist and I trust the person fully who referred them. The absolute worst. I don't know if there's more then one receptionist, but the one I dealt with acted like she had a large stick inserted in her & that she rather be hit by a bus then be at that desk. Very rude, very unprofessional. The dental associates are clueless . I sat in the chair crying because I have dental anxiety and they never said a word or anything trying to comfort. If you live in the TriState area avoid this office! My family have been loyal customers here for about 5 years… in spite of the receptionist. There have been very few appointments through the years where she hasn’t found a way to be snarky, disrespectful, or flat out mean/rude. During a miscommunication with my wife today, she absolutely snapped…screaming, attacking her with words, and while my wife was trying to calm her down she literally slammed the glass office door in her face.
