Garbage. Had to deal with them to pay off HOA fees, and it was nothing but a headache. Everyone is rude and unprofessional. The front desk girl (who you will talk to for everything because apparently NONE of the paralegals answer any phone calls) is incompetent and does not relay messages. I dealt with Kerri Shaw. I must have called 15 times and spoke with her twice. She’s rude and unprofessional and will not return a single voice mail. Garbage.
This firm is very unresponsive, and you can't reach a human being when you call.
Kerri Shaw was wonderful to work with. I had to track down an HOA lien release. Kerri had it to me within a day. Typically tracking down old releases takes constant phone calls, etc. She was professional and quick.
I am writing this review to express my sincere Thanks to God for Ms. Kerri L. Shaw And the Nagle & Zaller, P.C. Law firm on whose behalf she represented admirably. Let me give you (the reader), context for my experience with Nagle & Zaller P.C. Law Firm. For the last two years my 71 year old sister had fallen victim to senior abuse by her 33 year old adopted daughter, (as her supposed caregiver), to the tune of $88K in financial exploitation. Trying to pay off debt for hoa dues of all things. Auto pay wasn't set up properly and after 4-5 months my hoa closed my account and sent it to this firm I've called multiple times over the last month, physically visited the office twice, was only able to contact one person via email who declined any phone calls for a more timely resolution They won't accept any wire transfer or digital payment only mailed check or physically dropping a check off at their office Im accruing late fees despite actively trying to pay them Every... read more
