I am writing this review to express my sincere Thanks to God for Ms. Kerri L. Shaw And the Nagle & Zaller, P.C. Law firm on whose behalf she represented admirably. Let me give you (the reader), context for my experience with Nagle & Zaller P.C. Law Firm. Trying to pay off debt for hoa dues of all things. Auto pay wasn't set up properly and after 4-5 months my hoa closed my account and sent it to this firm I've called multiple times over the last month, physically visited the office twice, was only able to contact one person via email who declined any phone calls for a more timely resolution They won't accept any wire transfer or digital payment only mailed check or physically dropping a check off at their office Im accruing late fees despite actively trying to pay them Every... read more

Posting for someone else to maintain anonymity. In trying to work with these people to clear a debt the communication is piss poor and that’s an overstatement. E-mails go unanswered for months then they levy your bank account without warning. You would think they would want to actually work with consumers who are actively attempting to reconcile their debts. There is no phone number to contact anyone except for a secretary who is inadequate at her job and either doesn’t relay messages or the other people just don’t care.

What a joke this place is. They send me a threatening letter to send in a check because I hadn't paid my HOA fee for 3 years because I was trying to get our community management company, also a joke, to get things done in our neighborhood. Left Jeanette Kidwell and others,multiple emails and voicemail and no one gets back to you. What a joke!!!!
