Honestly very highly upset. The receptionist and front desk has no idea what they are doing. I made an appointment on Wednesday with salma for upcoming friday. When I show up to the appointment requesting time off work, bringing my screaming toddler, and driving an hour after a hectic morning, I get looked at like I am lying and get told I have no appointment.
