Had a great experience with Sandy and Max, very happy!
Max was a great landlord & neighbor. Responsive to anything we needed & fair, fast with dealing with repairs that came up. I really appreciated that it was super simple & easy to pay rent & put in repair requests online. I loved my apartment & stayed in the building for 4 years!
Max has been nothing but amazing to talk with. He is prompt, courteous and replies to emails much faster than other people that I've emailed. He shows extra level of care for his tenants, more management companies and people, should be like Max
