Absolutely ridiculous and absurd. My boyfriend went to see Doctor Madisi after experiencing extended lung pain and coughing. Madisi recommended a lung biopsy and my boyfriend underwent the procedure. The results of my boyfriend's biopsy came up after a few weeks through an app and showed alarming results. We tried and tried and tried and tried and tried to call but his receptionist would always say "we will leave a message and he will call you back". Dr. Madisi is the first Dr to validate my concerns and provide a silver lining with my diagnosis! I highly recommend him. Appt scheduling can be a bit long, but he's worth the wait. Generally, response times have been within 3 business days, usually sooner.
No time ever to talk to me about my treatment or continued care after valve placement. Told me he's the Dr and I need to listen even though the medication he prescribed was causing breathing problems. Very difficult to schedule appointments with. Seems like I was dropped after valves were placed. Good phone appointment today. Hopefully getting better.

This doctors office is absolutely ridiculous… they do not ever call you back even if you call them 100 times … they will let you die before they help you …
