great dentist lovely atmosphere, a real down to earth nice guy
Came in for a regular checkup, had one cavity filled and he billed my insurance almost a thousand dollars for it, and asked for a co-pay of more then 150. When I contacted him to discuss he started rambling how the insurance companies dont pay enough so he has to increase the bills. When I told him its fraud he told me "go to hell" Very professional...... In the process of dealing with the insurance company. Will update this review if anything changes.
Unprofessional.. After more than a decade , always paying bills on time and in full, he refused to give me an appt when I was in an emergency situation. He gave me no referral. Refuses to use a hygienist for cleanings and does not do a thorough job. His wife is often receptionist and comes off as snobby/money hungry. But I ignored that. His dental work is needing a followup - he would make fillings too high or there would be a several day infection in the mouth, which is unusual. Dr. Jacob Nagelblatt has a light touch. You don't feel when he gives the injection. Now that he uses LASER for filling and perio, there is no drilling, I LOVE IT, and so do my kids. they love going for there appointments and they leave his office smiling. I send all my friends there.
The work that was done fell apart within 6 months. And its not the first time. very poor dental work
i've been using dr. nagelblatt for the past 21 years the best dentist in town. recomends him to all family and friends.
Very nice to deal with no waiting in the waiting room he usually sees patients immed. (excluding when he has a real dental emergency )
