Dr Nagel is fantastic. I’ve never had issues making an appointment. Maybe the other reviewer happened to get the doctor when he was away on vacation or something. He always returns my calls and if he cannot, his wife Dr. Eva Nagel does. I highly recommend Dr. Nagel.
Tried to schedule an appointment and received a voice mail instructing me to leave a message and that I will be contacted back. After two days and no response, I called again and left a second message. Three days later, a third message. About a week and a half after my initial call I was able to get an answer on the other end. Not a, "good afternoon, this is the Union Center," but just, "hello."
