Would leave zero stars if I could. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this doctor, office, or maternity unit to anyone. I have heard so many great things about Dr. Jean but I was not treated with any kind of care or compassion. Both Dr. Jean and Dr. Cooper ignored and dismissed clear signs of pre-eclampsia for months. By the time I finally took myself to the hospital, the in hospital doctor was shocked that my blood pressure was in the 200’s, liver levels in the 300’s, and my kidneys were not functioning. Dr. Jean is an exemplary physician! She is extremely efficient and very personable! She is very thorough and very detail oriented! I would highly recommend her!
I've been seeing Dr. Jean for a few years now and I am grateful to have found her. I had the same GYN for 20+ years and had to switch due to insurance. Then the person I switched to left the practice so I started seeing Dr Jean. I find her easy to speak to, she listens well, makes eye contact, is patient, explains things well, does not seem rushed. I'm satisfied with the answers I've received to my questions and plan on staying with her.
Dr. Jean, is a busy woman but you can't tell, because her bedside manor is beautiful.
