I'm giving the provider two stars but, I'm giving the office staff ten stars. The office staff was very professional. The Provider is another story. I proceeded to give her a brief background. Dr. Chigurupati is not a very personable person. She rushes you out of her office and doesn't give you time to ask questions. And every time PFT's were done, there was always problems with the equipment malfunctioning. She does not have adequate diagnostic equipment in her practice to perform pulmonary function tests. She has a gruff manner which I could easily overlook if i felt like I was getting good care. Her office environs look shabby. It's just not a situation that inspires confidence in care. She was very quick to get rid of me without explaining much. She basically said "Insurance won't cover a cpap for 5 events per hour, get out". Glad I could pay the $60 copay so she could turn me away after 2 minutes.
