His trustworthiness and professionalism solidified my decision to choose Naffco. Dean provides transparent, fair pricing and he has been so patient, informative and helpful throughout the process. Had two new shades that were bought at Naffco and installed in my kitchen, covering two of our sliding glass doors. Matt was extremely helpful in helping us select the right type of shade for our needs. Tom did a great job of measuring and installing and instructing on how to use these automatic shades with a remote. The shades look beautiful and work perfectly. I highly recommend the Naffco on North Dale Mabry in Tampa.
BUYER BEWARE!!! Don't do it!!! They will lie to your face and tell you whatever you want to hear just to take your money!! I do not recommend doing any business with NAFFCO. Matt is horrible to deal with. Shame on him!!! Poor customer service, poor communication and terrible work quality. Zero stars!!! NEVER AGAIN.
Working with Naffco Flooring and Interiors was super easy and the prices were reasonable. We purchased Plantation Shutters for the whole house and they delivered. They promised a delivery date and then bettered it by two weeks. They have great products and great customer service. We will definitely use them again.
We had an unusual situation with needing a shade for double glass doors. Matt worked with us and he recommended just the right shade and it looks great. Decent pricing and great service.
