I ordered curry goat, rice & peas, and cabbage which was very well seasoned and delicious! However, the portion for $18 is small and I had more way more rice than goat, it was like I just paid more for the rice. I guess I'm used to paying that price for a bigger bowl at other carry-outs. Nonetheless, I would try them again but I will definitely pay more attention to how much meat they're putting in my bowl because after eating the very little meat, I realized it was just about three small pieces of it in my bowl. :-/
Great food and super friendly service!! The Rasta Pasta is sooo good. Will definitely be back for more. (purchased at the new Hollins Market stall)
I tried the signature dish Rasta Pasta, it is amazing. The flavors I experienced were awesome! Chef Maynard is personable and detailed oriented. Will becoming back again!
Mixed feelings on this place. I ordered a vibez rice bowl with jerk chicken. $25 is a bit steep for a rice bowl. There wasn’t supposed to be kale in the bowl, but the gentleman added it anyway. When I told him I didn’t like kale he just scraped some out and left some in. I would’ve preferred he offered to make a new bowl.
