We placed a large catering order that wasn’t ready at the time we scheduled to pick it up. After packing four large bags of food, the three employees sat and watched me make multiple trips to my car instead of offering to help, while the entire restaurant was empty. Once we got home, we realized that our order was incomplete. When we called to ask for them to deliver the remaining items, they wouldn’t offer to fix it or provide a partial refund and said we’d need to call back the next day to speak to a manager. Naf Naf is a great place to have lunch or even dinner. The food is scrumptious, fresh, and tasty! The young lady who served us her name is Shea, she was so helpful and knowledgeable about the choices of proteins, toppings, and sauces. I would be coming back for sure!!
Love it!!! Today was my first time. I had chicken shawarma on pita and lentil soup. Nothing was too salty. Price was fair and their garlic dip is smooth so you can tell they remove the inside green garlic germ when they prepare the garlic. It’s closer for me than the Ballantyne location so I’ll be back!!!
Great tasting food, the staff was friendly and very helpful and listened to me and answered my questions. We had falafel bowls and loved them, everything was fresh, the place is clean. Food looked so good I started eating and almost forgot to take pictues.
