I noticed the reviews for this place were pretty mixed, so I decided to give it a try through DoorDash — unfortunately, I ended up regretting it. The rice didn’t seem well prepared and was overly oily. The chicken portion was surprisingly small, and overall the serving size felt disappointing for the price. I’ve always loved the food at Naf Naf but typically get delivery. I sat inside today and had a great experience. The portions were large, the building was clean, and the staff were friendly. I had been sitting for a bit and the gentleman at the front came over to my table to let me know that my meal came with two falafel he forgot to mention. He brought them to me right away and they were fresh! Very thoughtful :)

Never use the app for delivery. The 3rd party service used doesn’t communicate or have contact options. They gave us the wrong order. The store was unhelpful at best and dismissive at worst. They give a bad contact phone number for the driver, promised to call the driver, and never called me back. Thankfully, the person who got my order texted me and we were able to meet up and swap out bags (I had received a Raising Cane’s order). Naf Naf food is tasty, but not worth the hassle I went through to get it.
