I’ve had it before downtown and I thought it was gonna be the same experience not at all and not only was the rice very dry. There was no flavor to it. The chicken was overcooked. The hummus was OK but in general, I would definitely not spend $31 there again for the price of the food the amount was not worth it. I do not recommend this one. I was very disappointed in the service. I was very disappointed and the food all around. It’s sad and.

Naf Naf has been my favorite spot for Mediterranean food for a long time. The flavors, the portions, the atmosphere—everything about it made it a go-to place for me and I’ve brought several people here over the years. Unfortunately, today will likely be my last visit unless a serious hygiene issue is addressed. On multiple occasions I’ve seen a worker with curly hair who seems to both prepare and serve the food with sweat visibly dripping down his face as he works. I like the food, my 4yo son does too which is great, but there's always an issue. the seating area/soft drink area is dirty, the staff is not very friendly. I often do order pickup and there are usually issues with the website (larger company issue) and when I use rewards for a free soft drink, it often isn't on my order and they just shrug their shoulders at me. Not a huge deal, but its annoying.
